BARBERA del Monferrato d.o.c. 2021

Cultivar 100% barbera

This Barbera comes from the Montalbava and Collina vineyards, where the exposure and the soil allows for a medium bodied wine suited for a moderate ageing.

The process allows for an alcoholic fermentation, followed by maceration, that may be extended, depending on the vintage.

The wine is refined in steel tanks and big oak barrels for at least six months.

The bottlement takes place during the first summer following the vintage and the final product is available for drinking in the fall season.
